Zi Qian Zhang - Driven to Achieve Success in the United States

Zi Qian Zhang is a longtime Massachusetts-based entrepreneur who directs the Fall River company JZ Real Estate. His areas of extensive experience include property development, new businesses, and technology. Zi Qian Zhang’s portfolio includes 18 trampoline parks that he has built, owned, and operated, and he has 10 more parks in the planning stages. He also maintains a number of commercial retail centers in the JZ Real Estate portfolio. A major influence on Mr. Zhang’s work ethic relates to his early experiences growing up in rural China. Born and raised in a mountainous region, he faced adversity from an early age and dropped out of school to help support his family. This informs his core philosophy of never wanting to be impoverished again. An important aspect of Zi Qian Zhang's life beyond his company centers on gardening. Working in the garden each summer, he focuses on growing vegetables, including some that are difficult to find in the United States. These range from water spinach to a variety of melons and long beans. He also enjoys running on the beach, as he finds it an effective way of clearing his mind of life’s pressures.
